This place is nice, and offers free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a spa. The staff even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay! I recommend using the restaurant for a nice meal. I'm coming back for a business trip.

It was a perfectly pleasant stay during our visit to Dubai. We ate at a very nice restaurant for morning breakfast. Central location was a plus. We was surprised at nearby Cafe Shang Thai, they had some goodies, drinks.

The staff members, especially the Egyptian gentleman and the front desk assistant, were helpful. Their friendly demeanor.
The state of the hotel facilities could use some improvement.

Nothing !! Only the free bottles of water on your arrival seemed to be the only value for me. Free adjacent parking
1. Reception staff not professional at all and took time to check me in and asked to kept my passport with them until I check out but I didn't agree with them so I took it back. 2. No safebox in the room. Only available at the reception. 3. TV wasn't working when i first got to the room and it wasn't even plugged in. Even after they've fixed it, the picture wasn't that clear at all. 4. Furniture is old and doesn't look good. 5. The shower sink was leaking and astonishgly only delivered hot water !! 6. Swimming Pool is still closed for renovation (Nov 9). I've read other comment from 1 year (dec 2010) that stated the same thing. I wonder how long would it take them to fix it?! 7. Nightclub only played hindi music...but no wonder as most of their guests were indian. 8. Location wasn't attractive (in a very crowded area)
